So I’ve started on my low carb high fat / keto again. I’ve been on the diet for about 2 weeks and have lost 10 lbs! (Including 2 cheat meals)
Here is a recipe I use to get my fat intake up and give me a huge energy burst in the morning.

Butter in your coffee?? I think YES! Here is how I make my fat fueled coffee.
Ingredients
– 1 tbsp REAL butter
– 1 tbsp coconut oil -> Organic Coconut Oil
– 2 tbsp of heavy cream
– 1 packet of Truvia sweetener or Stevia -> Truvia Sweetener
– 10oz hot coffee
*For added flavor try 1 -2 tsp of Sugar-Free Vanilla Syrup

The key is to add the hot coffee last so it melts all the ingredients. I drink mine fast so the fat doesn’t have time to settle at the top, but if you prefer you can blend the drink in a blender or nutri-bullet.
